What do you mean, you should just be able to load the rom like vanilla no mercy!! There's nothing special about it lol!! The save file wont load up with No Mercy.

Costumes that are seen in the video are optional, you guys can give the wrestlers whatever attire you want in the Smackdown Mall!! Also, this rom hack has the wrestlers entrance themes as well, though, since this game has a limited number of themes you can replace, not all wrestlers have themes!!
